As the Sole Designer for Justin Jenkins Designs, my passionate approach to each client is at the heart of my studio mission. Since graduating from WVU back in 1994, I have been a freelance designer for 25+ years. Justin Jenkins Designs was established back in 2018 with the sole purpose and mission of branding the world - one client at a time.   • What are your studio hours?

    Justin Jenkins Designs is available Monday through Friday, 10 am to 6 pm EST. We respond to email inquiries within 24-48 hours. We also have support after hours through email. Existing clients can contact us at anytime, and we will respond ASAP. 

  • How long does the design process take?

    After the FREE Consultation, we begin the process immediately (once downpayment is made.) The first phase (drafts) is typically is 3-5 days. After the drafts are approved by the client, the second phase is 3-5 days. A logo can take 6-10 days, depending on the clients needs and changes made. A website can take 1-2 weeks, depending on pages and elements. 

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We invoice you the 50% downpayment through our secure business account on PAYPAL to begin work. Once the design is approved after the 1st phase, and you love the concepts, the remaining payment is due through invoice. If you are not happy with the first drafts, i get right to work on a 2nd batch of designs. No questions asked. 

  • What web & print files will I receive?

    For design work such as logos, flyers, cards, and packaging design, we provide you with high quality vector, .jpg, .png, .eps, and .gif files. For website designs, we provide all the page design coding and backups. We partner with IONOS for all website designs (wordpress, drupal, joomla, etc.) and use their platform. 100% ownership rights are granted to client once final deliverables are made.

  • Any design discounts for new clients?

    My Design Studio offers NEW CLIENTS the chance to get services discounted for committing to more than one service. I am offering FREE Business Cards for a 5 Concepts Logo Design Package. I am also offering 25% off a logo design package for any new website built by my team.
